Dr. William Kusterbeck:

Dr. Kusterbeck graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1976. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the University of Georgia in 1982. Dr. Kusterbeck started as Associate Veterinarian at Ridge Lake Animal Hospital in 1984 and became Hospital Director in 1985.

Dr. Kusterbeck is a member and Past President of the Prince William County Veterinary Medical Association. He is also an active member of the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Dental Society, and Veterinary Information Network. In 1997-1998, Dr. Kusterbeck served as the President of the District of Columbia Academy of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Kusterbeck's professional interests include Dentistry, Exotic Animal Medicine, and Surgery, including Laser Surgery.

 

Ariana Anderson, DVM:
 
Dr. Anderson graduated from Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She is originally from Seattle, but was brought to the area by her husband's Coast Guard job, and she has worked part-time at Ridge Lake since May 2009. She has a young son who keeps her busy the rest of the time. Dr. Anderson is semi-fluent in Spanish, and loves to use that skill to communicate with clients. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and participates often in the Veterinary Information Network, a discussion board for veterinarians. Her professional interests include internal medicine and geriatric care.
